The Invisible Disabilities® Association (IDA) permits links to its websites including invisibledisabilties.org and its related sub-domains, invisibledisabilitiesassociation.org, invisibledisabilitiescommunity.org, invisibledisabilitiesweek.org, invisiblenomore.com, invisiblehero.org, brainideas.org, butyoulookgood.org, idyp.us, InvisibleDisabilities.org, myida.org, programs4people.org, and cleanerindoorair.org from other websites that meet the following conditions:
Links to our website must be for educational purposes only to increase public and professional awareness and understanding of invisible disabilities and IDA’s mission and programs.
Links may be “text-only.” For example: Invisible Disabilities® Association. IDA does not allow its stylized logos, trademarks, or service marks to appear on other websites, or as an image link to an IDA website, without IDA’s written permission. Websites may not frame pages from an IDA website. All links must open in a new browser window.
Websites that link to IDA websites may not provide directive medical advice, unless its authors are licensed to provide such information. IDA also does not permit links from websites that provide information about products or services related to the treatment of people living with invisible disabilities without written permission from IDA.
IDA does not allow links from websites that contain information it believes is inaccurate, misleading, out-of-date, offensive, inflammatory, libelous, or inappropriate. A link to an IDA website may not be positioned in a way to imply that a representative of IDA has reviewed, approved or endorsed the information that appears on another website. However, IDA is not responsible for information or claims published on any website that links to it.
IDA does not allow links to its websites to appear with links to other websites that do not meet its guidelines. IDA reserves the right to deny permission to link to its website without cause, liability or explanation. Failure to remove links when requested may result in legal proceedings and civil penalties.

You acknowledge and agree that the Invisible Disabilities® Association has no control over such sites and resources and is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Materials, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that the Invisible Disabilities® Association shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Materials or goods available on or through any such site or resource.
