Kevin Shearn and Nathan Brodbeck were chosen for the IDA Restaurant Honors Award based upon their outstanding customer service as managers for Red Robin and their support of Red Robin’s Unbridled Acts of Kindness philosophy. They lead by example to fulfill Red Robin’s policy of a fragrance free staff environment and they go the extra mile to assist their customers who live with chronic illness. As a result, they make the dining experience a joy and help make Red Robin a model to be imitated.
Kevin Shearn was born in Japan and grew up in Colorado. He has been in restaurant management for the past 15 years and most recently serving the last two years as an assist manager at the Red Robin in Parker. The reason Kevin has been in the restaurant industry for so many years is that he enjoys people. He thinks his co-workers are great and fun to work with and he thrives on the interaction with customers. Photo of Kevin and Wendy Shearn.
Nathan Brodbeck was also working at the Red Robin in Parker as an assistant manager.
