Dr. Susanne Cohen has been selected to be the 2017 recipient of the Invisible Disabilities® Association Founders Award. She has been chosen based upon her personal involvement with IDA’s founder as a strategic advisor and personal mentor and as an IDA advisory board member. Dr. Cohen’s insightful business acumen and expertise in marketing and leadership have been invaluable resources to many including IDA.

Dr. Cohen is the CEO of The Cohen Group and is a corporate and employee performance expert. Under her leadership, the company achieved a 15-year compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 40% per year.
