Dr. Susanne Cohen has been selected to be the 2017 recipient of the Invisible Disabilities® Association Founders Award. She has been chosen based upon her personal involvement with IDA’s founder as a strategic advisor and personal mentor and as an IDA advisory board member. Dr. Cohen’s insightful business acumen and expertise in marketing and leadership have been invaluable resources to many including IDA.

Dr. Cohen is committed to contributing to companies and individuals by helping them resolve their greatest challenges. She is a high-energy, results-oriented executive with an innovative, forensic approach to business. She drives change management and the operational efficiencies necessary to grow companies.

Dr. Cohen is the CEO of The Cohen Group and is a corporate and employee performance expert. Dr. Cohen is the past CEO of a consumer packaged goods (CPG) pharmaceutical company, where she led all strategic planning, organizational development and operations from start up through national retail distribution in over 60,000 stores. Under her leadership, the company achieved a 15-year compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 40% per year.
