
Jill Christensen moved to Denver in 2009 from Morristown, N.J. Her corporate career spans more than 25 years, where she led global internal communications teams at Avaya and Western Union. Jill has also advised executives, and directed communications and employee engagement programs in companies such as AT&T, Lucent, Arrow, Novartis, TIAA-CREF, CSG International, Orica Mining, and the City & County of Denver.
Author of the book, If Not You, Who? Cracking the Code of Employee Disengagement, Jill speaks, trains, and coaches business leaders and owners, about how to re-engage employees and catapult business results.
She has actively volunteered in several organizations: Mile High United Way, Junior Achievement, Denver Public Schools, Denver Rescue Mission, Food Bank of the Rockies, Excelsior, and more recently, the Invisible Disabilities Association. This year, Jill serves as Corporate Chair. She is a member of Business & Professional Women – Colorado, IABC Colorado, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Jill has traveled the world in pursuit of new adventures, change, and her innate desire to discover the unknown. She is passionate about global travel, skiing, live music, interior design, gardening, extraordinary food and wine, football, horse racing, volunteering, balance, and Maine Coon cats.
