For Amber Adams-Schull, interacting with clients is the best part of her job as an Senior Operations Specialist at M.J. Smith and Associates. Amber joined the firm in 2003, and is responsible for client-service administration, account operations and event planning, in addition to assisting other team members in meeting compliance requirements. Amber also helped launch MJS Puerto Rico Inc. She lived and worked on the island for one year.

A native Californian, Amber enjoys volunteering, and was named “Big Sister of the Year” in Colorado in 2003 as well as “Who’s Who Among High School Students” in 2002 & 2003. She’s also an accomplished traveler who has visited nearly 10 tropical ports of call. When she’s away from the office, Amber spends her time with friends and family, shopping, camping, scuba diving, and of course, traveling!

Amber first learned of the Invisible Disabilities Association through a client’s involvement in IDA.  Amber attended the 2018 Awards Gala  “Be the Voice” and was amazed by the cause.  She couldn’t be more thrilled to serve as a 2019 Young Professional Gala Co-chair.
