Joe Womack is a highly accomplished and versatile executive with a consistent track record of driving significant revenue growth, scaling businesses, and developing strong teams and partnerships. He combines deep business acumen with an unwavering commitment to his community, a passion that has successfully transitioned his career from high-tech history to groundbreaking healthcare advocacy.
His early career in tech was defined by massive growth execution at Sun Microsystems, where he grew channels from $30 million to $3.7 billion during the foundational era of Java and the internet. Known for his entrepreneurial drive and investment savvy, Joe also demonstrated strong leadership capabilities through his roles at Texas Fireplace Express and as Executive Chairman of Vivos Therapeutics, where he played a key role in reshaping the business model to empower dentists and doctors for greater scalability. His overall emphasis on a “Growth Mindset,” mentorship, scalability, and faith-driven leadership makes him a well-rounded and deeply empathetic leader.
Currently, Joe serves as the driving force behind Integrative Health 2.0 (IH2 Solutions), partnering with medical facilities to work in the interest of public health and mitigate the impact of invisible disabilities. Through the IH2 Advanced Airway program, Joe is integrating oral appliance therapy directly into medical centers to combat obstructive sleep apnea. This critical work offers patients a vital, whole-person pathway to restorative sleep and root-cause healing.
Dedicated to lifting up others, Joe has served on the Board of the Invisible Disabilities Association (IDA) for over eight years. He actively champions IDA’s mission to educate, connect, and empower those living with illness and disability, focusing heavily on scaling IDA’s message to corporate America.
He is also deeply involved in advocating for the National Disability ID initiative, a critical program providing disability symbols on driver’s licenses and law enforcement training to safely de-escalate crisis situations. This vital initiative has already become law in Alaska, Colorado, and Utah, with legislation pending in multiple other states and countries.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Married to his wife, Jill, for over 40 years, he considers their children, Warren and Faye, to be his greatest blessings. In his free time, Joe is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys swimming, hiking, and bike riding.
